The finance representative, Anthony, was unprofessional putting the extra on there when I said no . When I contacted Carson the salesman about the issue, he failed to return my text.
Upon bringing the car home, I discovered that the interior was filthy, while the exterior was clean. My father had to use a drill with a brush to clean the upholstery three times. The car was in a state of disarray. We were unable to see the condition of the upholstery when we purchased the car because it was close to nighttime.
My credit union contacted me and informed me about the company's history of issues with their products, particularly after adding Ally Insurance to loans. They offered me a 20-day temporary permit, which I did not realize I was supposed to take to the DEQ. The DEQ is responsible for inspecting the car, and I was supposed to bring the necessary paperwork back to the company to obtain a 90-day permit.
An employee at the DEQ instructed me to take a picture of the VIN number and send it to him via email. However, my parents were present and intervened, convincing the employee to grant me the 90-day permit. Anthony, the finance representative, had previously assured me of this.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against dealing with this company. Conduct thorough research before making any purchases. If I could rate this company less than one star, I would.
