Better
It was better this time. I know Brandon is just as frustrated as I am with my car constantly having a CEL and a misfire that we can't figure out 100%. Hyundai is processing a lemon law on my vehicle and I hope Gryson Hyundai continues to comply with corporate so we can all stop dealing with this.

How long for an oil change

Good serice despite the long wait
Grayson always gives me good service but the wait time could be shortened. Brandon checked us in and out and was very apologetic for the wait time. I will continue to do service at Grayson and hope that wait times could be improved.

Pretty good.
Bought my 2019 Veloster Turbo here and my buying experience was stressful, but overall a great experience. They worked hard to get me in the car I desperately wanted.
Service is okay. Had to come in 3 separate times over the same issue, but it's resolved now.

Genesis Maintenance
I was in for oil change, bulb change and wiper replacement, 45,000 mile maintenance and car wash. I was waited on immediately upon arrival., received text giving me service reps name and number. The wait time was 2 hrs which I feel is reasonable considering the scope of work done. The charges were reasonable. While you wait they provide internet connection, coffee, water, tv and some magazines. I would suggest they might offer some light snack. Secondly, the waiting area is pretty small and the seating could be more comfortable. Grayson does offer loaner cars but you have to schedule 2 weeks in advance. Harpers only requires a few days notice. Be advised that if you did not purchase your vehicle at Grayson a loaner is not an option.

The only other minor complaint I have is that unlike previous car washes they did not vacuum the interior. My complaints are minor and plan to continue to have my car serviced there.
