Service
The only issue we had was new vehicles were being services prior to my scheduled appointment make our other appointments for the day late. As usual, the staff was courteous. However, the ticket writers were not wearing masks and the set up of the service area makes social distancing almost impossible.

Service for oil change
The oil change service was performed rather quickly; therefore a minimum amount of time spent.

At the onset of service I requested my car be washed which is a customary service provided; the service representative explained that it would require an extra amount of time because one of the employees that washed cars was out sick. So I declined the car wash service.

Very efficient
I bought my Santa Fe at this dealership and found that to be a good experience so I have stuck with them for service since it is close to my home. It is a very efficient process and they seem to run like a well oiled machine. Drive your car in, tell them what you need and it gets done pretty quickly while you sit in the waiting room. They make it hassle free and so far they haven’t tried to talk me into unnecessary repairs which so many other shops do.

More than oil change
Took vehicle in for an oil change. Needed service on fixing my clock and its settings as well. Was told it is a "Satellite glitch". There has to be a fix, but service administrator didn't seem to care... Not sure if this dealership actually knows the vehicles they sell and work on!!

Darned expensive key fob!
Good work as expected.
Word of caution: key fobs are NOT under warranty, even if they're only a few months old. Mine fell apart, and it's close to $500 to replace it. At this rate, that's 2 keys per year, or $1000 a year on keys. However, if this ISN'T the usual behavior of a key, then Hyundai should replace the bad one that I was given.

Shops are clean, but very congested
I would like to commend Gavin who was the person that guided me as to getting my car repaired. There was a question of whether the problem was covered by Hyaundai' warrantee. That part was the antennae cover had blown off, and there is/was no cover replacement available from Hyaundai, and the whole antennae had to be replaced at a great cost. $450 or more. He contacted Hyaundai and worked out a 90% coverage for the cost and installation. It is a shame that a ten or twenty dollar piece of plastic replacement cap had to be repaired at a cost of $450. Everyone I had contact with were easy to work with. You did far better than other dealers I have used.
