I hate to leave a bad review- but the quality of repair was dismal at best. I had my brake calipers changed on my 2010 Tucson. Less than 6 months later the brakes went out- brake pedal to the floor, no brakes. I managed to get the car across town to them and they repaired it under warranty....the same thing continued to happen over and over - 5 times in one year (and it's only sep) This is a serious safety issue!!! On top of that they keep replacing the defective part with a part from the same manufacturer and it continues to be defective. I know this is not an installation issue, but it is insanity for them to keep performing the same repair and using defective parts that put me and my children at risk.
I have taken my car elsewhere for repair and will be cancelling my membership- my and my children's safety deserve better.
