Very professional
I was impressed by the knowledge of the salesman. He actually knew a lot about the different vehicles we were looking at. The staff didn't try to hard sell. They were very accommodating with some of the problems we had with our other vehicle. The only annoying thing was the music was a bit loud.

Good place good car good staff!
I have been shopping now for several years Edgar at I Gurnee Hyundai after several experiences of shopping at different Hyundai dealers. One walks into Gurnee feeling that there’s going to be a fair process in which the company is certainly interested in selling cars but is equally interested in the customer and the customers well-being. It has been fair and even pleasant working with her nice staff and particularly with the person who is my main conduit Mr. Roger Devito. Roger is interested in me as much as As he is interested in a sale . He goes out of the way to find the right car for my needs and my financial limitations. The actual process of arriving at the final agreement is in the spirit that such negotiations take place but working with Roger gives want to feeling that he is as loyal to the customer as to gurney. I have walked out of the gurney and all my purchases feeling confident in the automobile satisfied in the deal and appreciative of the fact that car buying can be fair and even a pleasure rather than a nightmare

Worst dealership
They thought it was resolved and they reached out is complete BS. If you consider an email wanting me to call them resolved then I don’t know what to tell you, or by having one of the people that was the issue email me. This is by far a joke of a dealership that charged me for something they said they throw in among other things.

Go to a different Hyundai dealership!
Where do I start. First the Sales manager Leonides Garcia was completely unprofessional and talked to me like I was dumb. Then the finance manager said repeatedly that they where going to throw in the extended warranty at NO COST, well guess what I got charged and didn’t see it till I was already home with the car. Then he repeatedly said that the tires where covered for road hazards, guess what they weren’t. Woke up on 2/5 with a screw in my tire and had to buy a new tire because Angel Santana told me false information. So because if that I’m out 325 for a tire, lost 500 for the day at work, and since I never knew there was an extra charge or even knew about the wheel and tire protection until I went to another dealership now I’m out another 820 to purchase that with the Dents, and windshield protection. Which buy the way they wanted to charge me 1900 for the same protection. Oh then they also didn’t give me the advertised price on the website either, I was charged an extra 1000. If I could take this car back to them and get mine back I would in a heart beat.
