Hale would send me a text stating what needed to be done and the prices and I would have to approve before they went on with that part of the repair. I had them do everything it needed, which was a smart move. Truck runs perfect and the AC is cold. John Hale ‘s always follows up on repairs
I trust him completely with my vehicle’s. That’s why I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else ,so if you have an older car that you think you maybe need to sell or trade it because it doesn’t run very good ,let Hale Automotive check it out,and repair what’s needed at a much lower cost than anyone else , especially a dealer😳.
