Emergency!
We had a last minute emergency with my daughters 2010 Elantra; timing belt was bad but still intact. I am familiar with cars so I realized the issue and called Mike Hanna to seenif he could squeeze us in for an emergency repair. My daughter was leaving town for school the following day. The car got fixed in plenty of time for her departure with time to spare. THANKS MIKE!

Consistently great service
Really like dealing with the service reps. Great service and very accommodating. My last visit was for a recall and they also did a multipoint inspection which revealed some additional service that was recommended but with no pressure to have it done right away. The recall visit also took longer than was expected but they gave us a rental gratis so that we could run some planned errands. It all worked out beautifully and I left there a very satisfied customer.
