Not the best in service
Customer service people were so busy discussing personal plans they had no time to help. When they did, the experience was less than satisfying. After the svc call they parked my car in a lot and handed me my keys. It took 15 minutes of walking around clicking my door lock to finally find my car.

I would to apologize on the service you recieved, we do strive on take care of our customer.  Unfortunately  your vehicle was part of a new recall and we didn't the parts in stock yet.  I will make sure that we have the parts in and I will let you, so we can take care of this issue for you.  please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
