I called in on Friday April 19, 2019 with issues relating to my truck not opening. The truck wouldn't open from the remote, inside or with the key. I called and spoke with Ashley in CS regarding the matter. She informed me that she was booked for Saturday, April 20, 2019. However, would speak with technician's that morning to see if I could be fit in. I did speak with Ashley that morning at approximately 8:45 am and she informed me that I could bring my car in for service. However, it would take approximately 3-4 hours. I took my car in for the service and went home and waited for a call. Ashley ended up calling me at around 12 noon to inform me that my car was already ready. Ashley is to be commended on her excellent customer service skills. Additionally, I would like for the technician that took care of my car to be commended on his fast and the excellent job at getting my car repaired. With the help of Ashley and the technician I was capable of going home to visit my family for Easter and not have to worry about not having access to my truck and worry about if I had a flat how I would access my spare tire.
Thanks a million. Great Customer Service all around.
