Hi Christa , thanks very much for taking tha time to post a review , We are very sorry that the repair was not in complete satisfaction to you, but as I explained to you  we had problems with availability of parts , and then  after we finished the service we were working on and drive your car we had  the malfunction of the crankshaft sensor , wich we did not discovered before  because there was not indication of such failure , then again we had to order the part for the following  day , these are the reasons it took so long , again we appologise for any incovinience we created  for that  delay , by the way  you can stop by the shop any time  we'll reset the clock for you.  Thanks

Jose said Marquisio was nice. Their prices are lower than other BMW businesses in the area. He stated he thought there was an issue with the engine mount. The business told him it was a different issue. Now, he has to go back to get the original problem fixed.

"Good value"
Prices are reasonable. Repairs are timely. Appointments are alway available. Overnight drop off of vehicle problematic. No good place to park car.

"Mechanic is good. "
I took my car in for an oil change and got an inspection as well. I didn't receive a call to notify that my car was ready and I had ants coming from everywhere in my car. I'm allergic and it was not easy driving and looking to see if ants were on me. Other than that I'm always a satisfied with the work done to my car.

"Reasonable prices, quick turn around and knowledgable repair personal"
They have reasonable prices on the repairs and make their repairs usually in one day. Do not hold the car for multiple days trouble shooting a problem then charge you an excessive amount for their efforts. i feel comfortable that they know what they are doing and will charge you fairly.
