I came to J&N Village Automotive on a referral from our daughter who had a great experience with the service and employees this past winter.
My car tire had a slow leak and was not able to get into the place where I purchased the tires from for an appointment for another 5 days and I also had road hazard warranty on my tires.
I called J&N and told them of my plight and they said to bring it right over and they'd check it out. Which they did! Seems I had picked up a nail in the sidewall and it was not able to be fixed. Since I had the road hazard warranty on that tire, I said that I would have the other place replace my tire. J&N did not charge me a dime for their time and service spent diagnosing my tire! I told them I would be back the next time my car needs repairs of any kind! They were extremely helpful and courteous in my time of need. Thanks again for helping me out!
