Maria said she thinks they all are very cordial and she had a good experience. She does have to take her vehicle back because something was done that caused the ABS light to go on. It has affected the right rear wheel and they have ordered the sensor. It will be replaced at their own expense but this is taking a little bit out of her time.

Martin said he likes their work and he trusts them. They should have called and said this is what they found so he could make a decision. He would have liked to be more involved in the repair of his vehicle. The first time he went there, he was told what they found with the vehicle and what repairs should be done. He knew and gave them the okay to do that but the last couple of times the repairs were done without his input, and without them notifying him what it would take. They addressed the problem but he didn't get a phone call saying this is what they found. They did not inform him how much it was going to take to repair it. He trusts the guys and loves their work. If they had been more informative and let him be more involved, it would have been perfect. He went to them because he met one of the mechanics at a Saab owners group. Other members there spoke highly of them.

Lydia said she went to the business to have a recall on her vehicle performef. When she called them about it, she was told she did not need to make an appointment and to just call to let them know when she will be in. The service was very quick, she said she thinks it was a module they replaced and when they were done that was it. She did not receive a receipt or anything to indicate the service had been performed, even though there was no charge she would have liked to have something to show it had been done for her records.

Jason said everything went well with the business, the parts came in on time. He suggests they stick to their quotes. His check engine light had not cut back on and they did not charge him for coming back in for service on something they should have repaired. He will be returning back to the business sometime this weekend to get his engine fixed, in hopes they do not charge him like they said they would not do, unlike last time.
