Service advisors are unfriendly and rude
We purchased a car one year ago. Sales staff were extremely friendly and helpful - so 5 stars there! However, every time I have taken the car in for a scheduled service, the advisors are very unfriendly and short with their words! They always seem annoyed, unhappy and never smile or greet the customer. I never feel welcomed when I go there! Today I had an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 30 minutes early and said I would wait for the service to be done. Lori asked John what time my appointment was and after he told her she scoffed loudly and said something to the effect of “idiot” (not sure of what she said exactly). I wasn’t expecting to get in early and didn’t mind waiting until my scheduled time, so I’m not sure what the issue was! Service staff could use a refresher on customer service etiquette!
