Herlin said he took his vehicle in and only needed an alignment. The mechanic at this facility told him he needed new parts. They were under warranty but he rebought them and just had them put on maybe a month ago. He took it to another facility and they told him there was nothing wrong with his parts. This business was just trying to get money out of him. He stated that really upset him. He was thinking about calling the news media because that was not right.

Oscar said he got to the business when they opened up to get all 4 tires changed. At 2:00pm he called to ask to get his tires rotated as well and they told him it would take a hour and a half. When he got to the business to pick up his vehicle, the tires still had not been changed. He finally received his vehicle at 4:30pm.
