"Honesty and stand behind their work"
Great service and they stand behind their work. The only complaint is they usually don't call about my vehicle being completed until right at the end of the day. Sometimes I have to call to check on it myself.

"The people"
I was a little surprised that I was charged $20. There was nothing wrong with the tire. Therefore I can only assume it was a mounting problem. Maple wood mounted them on the new rims?

"Oil Change"
Wonderful job. I did find an oil spot on the ceiling of the car above the drivers seat, like a finger print. I got it out. I'm sure it was an accident :D

"Good Customer Service"
My truck was in for service for several items. Customer service was very good. Time in shop for completion of work was not lengthy. Overall very satisfied. Only one small issue- when I received my vehicle, the audio system did not work, not sure if there was a surge or short to the electrical system when they were working on it. The system has to be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and repair, but the customer service representative assured me that once it was inspected, if it was determined to be the fault of the repairs to the vehicle, the dealer would "take care of me".
