"Lack of communication "
Make sure Joe IS NOT on vacation. The service was less than communicative and the brake job took ALL day for front brakes on a van. This is the first and hopefully the last time we run into this.

Venugopala said his engine started to make a knocking sound after the service. He had to take the vehicle back in to have the issue taken care of.

"Polite but Slow"
I think we got lost in the shuffle. Dropped the van off on June 17. As of July 17, still had not received information on problem and still not repaired. Almost 5 weeks for spark plugs/wires.
