Mercedes Benz in for brakes and inspection.
The work was performed and I would hope the prices were fair. I’m a woman and I only go by what others tell me about potential
Costs etc. (usually men who know more about the car than me). With this being said, I was NOT notified when the car was done. I called near the close of business and was assured that they were waiting for a part but that it was a simple thing and I’d have the car back before close. Well, it was truly an inconvenience to be late for work but at least one of the workers was there early and I was only an hour late. Convenience of having my car is of utmost importance to me. Hence the review. I will use them again but next time I expect communication and my car back in a timely manner. Something g as simple as a phone call can make or break a business.
