OK detail but dishonest and pushing expensive upsell that wasn't required.
Took my old Volvo S60 to them for an interior detail. I was aware of some mold/mildew on the driver's sun visor but it was a small patch. They called suggesting a $120 up-sell for mold treatment which I declined. When I picked the car up the visor had not been cleaned, I presume so they could "show me the mold problem." When we got the car home I took some glass cleaner and a paper towel and the mold/mildew wipped right off. They should have just cleaned it as part of the interior detail. Did they do an ok job for the price on the interior? Yes. But they are to my mind essentially dishonest in their business practices. I won't be going back and skipped the appointment we had for a second car the next day. So yeah, an OK job but not honest about what was required. Maybe look elsewhere and get both more honesty and a better job.
