Lola said she has to bring the vehicle back for something that they didn't see. She had to get a rental. She had a very good experience and loves how they treated her there. Allstate came out to her house to do the estimate but this business caught what they missed. The head guy handled the vehicle personally and she thought that was wonderful and a premium experience. This business is very polite and thorough. She said she loves the customer service. She will be going back sometime next week and really appreciates this business.
