Elizabeth said they had her vehicle for too long. Her vehicle had been at this business since May 30th and was supposed to be done by July 31st. She didn't receive her vehicle until last week and wasn't given a reason why they took so long with the repair. She had to take her vehicle back twice because the check engine light was still on. This business had to let the manager and the assistant manager go because they kept telling her two weeks until the vehicle was going to be done but it never was. She was told the business tried and she tried to reach a general manager, but then was told they didn't have one. They also gave her the number to a Bank of America branch instead of the owner. She had to send an email through the business website to finally get a hold of the general manager. She mentioned they were always very polite and the two new guys did a lot of sucking up, she just wished they were there the whole time. The previous worker, Gerald was a nice, but he didn't fix her vehicle. She mentioned she would return to this business and she trusts them. She said they are a great business, that does good work and thankfully, they are now under new management.
