Stephon said the repair was good, but the business had to ask other people how to repair the vehicle properly. He went without a rental vehicle the first day due to a discrepancy with the insurance company. His vehicle was ready a day later than promised, but he was not given a reason for the delay. He said the business left him out of the loop a lot of the time and the decisions they made did not involve him.
