Spoke with Charlotte, Elizabeth's caregiver. Charlotte said she brought this vehicle in for repairs. She stated Elizabeth remarked her vehicle looks beautiful. They were supposed to get this vehicle back on a Friday, but didn't get it back until the following Monday, because the insurance company was late sending out the check. She pointed out the delay wasn't the business' fault.
