Yan said this business does not have good communication with its customers. He had to call when he wanted to know how his vehicle was doing. The paint on the right rear quarter panel does not seem to match. The vehicle was a week late, but he does not know why. The customer service was not the best either as he said he did not feel he was important to this business. These are the reasons he would not recommend this business to others.
