Losing trust
Had my daughter call to make her oil change appointment and Wes explained that she needed a tune up . Trying to up sale a lot of crap not needed. Really disappointing. Have always had good truthful service from Robert. Now seems like someone is implementing the dealership service sales agenda.

I wanted to say that I am sorry for any misconstrude information on my part. I always try to, based on the mileage and what service has been done in the past, figure out what needs to be done so that nothing important is forgotten. There is never any pressure, just passing along information, as most customers rely on me to let them know about what is needed for their Volvo.
