Ravi said he has gone to the business before to have work done on his vehicle. This time around the work was not that good. He had to go back to have them fix the problems. They took the vehicle back in to re-do the repairs, but they charged him to do so.

Thank you for the oporunity to serve. The first time when you came in 2014 we served you and everything was Ok. You come back after 3 year and we had to do the work again because you used a lot the car and is normal wear and tear. But you know well that any repairs has warranty here. The car has  normal wear and tear: as tires,brakes and other things meaning that has time of warranty any where were you going

Joan said she likes this business. They replaced the window in the door and there have been minor problems with the window since then. Her husband feels their work may lead to other problems because the window does not go up and down as well as before. It is slower. The owner is a very good, kind man, with very good customer service. It is overpriced. She has been going there for oil changes, which have been fine, even though it is on the pricier side. It is convenient. It is right down the block. She is satisfied and will stick with him. He is a genuinely friendly, nice man and is not trying to take advantage of her. She has been going there 3 years.

Excellent service ,friendly staff
I happened to stop at Midway with a friend in search of a place to diagnose a check engine light problem to pass inspection. I was greeted by the owner with a warm smile and a friendly attitude and a hand shake..you do not find that these days. Right way I felt comfortable. They fixed the problem with ease and resonable pricing. I then took my Honda to to get an oil change and again was greeted in the same warm friendly way. A thumbs up all the way around from me . It will now be the place I go and recommend to all my friends. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and a great positive experience ...you have my vote!
