The Hyandai organization needs to provide its word on a better product! And when situations surface for a rental are not available customer advocacy needs implemented to quickly pay customers for out of pocket warranty items! 7 calls have been made to Hyandai corp with a case manager and zero return calls!! This does not fall on the dealership, but the leadership of the Hyandai organization! Poor service on the customer side!
