Anne said she was unaware that it would take as long as it did for an inspection. If she had know it would have taken that long she would have been prepared for the wait. They were very professional, courteous and kind.

Trey, I understand the frustration. Unfortunately, in this case the remaining warranty only covered parts. Our Technician install your parts correctly both times. The manufacturer of the bad part replaced it at not charge.

Ben said it's not exactly their fault but he thinks they used a new part. He wanted to use a salvage part, but he thinks it's his wife's fault. The bill came out to over $300 and he was told of price range of $200. They do prompt, quick and good work.
