My 2006 Honda Civic, with 86,000 miles on it, was making an intermittent, peculiar noise upon braking. Intermittent problems are difficult to diagnose. John listened to my nebulous description and agreed to examine the issue. It turns out that the rear brakes were shot and required replacement. But the intermittent noise was more difficult to fix, and it probably is related to some sort of glitch in the ABS system involving the left front wheel. John and his crew skillfully evaluated the problem and ruled out the other three wheels as the source of the noise. This required a high level of expertise, as well as advanced diagnostic equipment and deductive logic. I am always pleased with the conscientious attention to detail and quality service that John and his crew provide. Highly recommended.
