In the automotive world it is hard to trust the information you are getting. You have the fear of being up sold on items you really do not need. During my visit I felt that there are three words that best describe the impression of the team. Honesty, Integrity, and Respect, those words are at the foundation for any positive business. As you leave your vehicle you have a feeling of being treated like what you say matters, and you understand that the team there realizes that the safety of your family is important to them. I was very impressed with the office staff and how much she cared about the customers. How wonderful it is to see individuals that truly care about you.

First Time Customer -1st Impression review
This was my first time bringing in my vehicle to My Honest Mechanic but 1st impression is everything . Brandon was at the front desk and assisted me with targeting the issue with my vehicle - he even drove around the block with me to determine the noise prior to scheduling an appointment! He then stated a quote for the service and ordered the part ,so that when I arrived the next morning , they were ready to go . Service took about 2 hours and he explained the issue and resolved it at the the quote cost that he provided . Upon researching the part and average labor costs, for my luxury vehicle I must say that it was a good deal. Great first impression for an auto mechanic , and I was not made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome as a female or minority .

Aside from a snafu - MHM not knowing who my car belonged to, therefore the work did not start for several days. Brandon apologized and kept me in the loop along the way. My car drives great and I'm thankful to have it back on the road.
