Poor Customer Service
Tried to cancel an order. Spoke with the parts department who said they cancelled the order. Also wrote an email right after a purchase that said the purchase was made by mistake, please cancel the order. They still sent it anyway. Still have not heard a call back from emails, phone calls, nothing. Poor customer service.
