I think it is time to find a new tire broker. Not only wrong tire twice but also more expensive then market. After second error I checked on line for preferred tire. You were quoting $130 but they were on line for $102-118. I moved forward with purchase because you have always treated us fairly in the past. I think this tire broker will cost you business in the future. Thank you Eric for resolving problem. I like what John has done putting customer focus forward.
