Most dishonest repair shop ever encountered
I'm a 75 year old male who has owned and serviced and most of my own repairs for almost 60 years. My daughter allowed this facility to perform an oil change on her 2015 Toyota Prius and replace the disk brake pads and rotors on the front of this car. The total chareges were $650. The oil change charge was $115. Three quarts of synthetic motor oil and a $12 filter plus $41 labor means that the oil was priced at $20 per quart. Two front brake rotors ($77 each) and set of brake pads ($66), genuine Toyota parts, RETAIL price is $220. This shop priced the brake job at $536.00. These prices are extremely excessive, even by Hollywood, California standards. This is not where people who work for a living should seek even simple automotive repair. Predatory pricing and nothing justifies ripping people off just because you can.....
