I Appologize for your experience at our facility. I did do some research on your headlight. All of the bulbs have a one year 12,000 mile warranty. But headlight bulbs have an exception and warrantied for 3 years and 36,000 miles. So there will be no charge for your Headlamp Replacement. I appologize for your experience. If the tires were not rotated I would be glad to take care of it for you or credit it towards your alignment. They do go through the glove box to check your cabin air filter. I have discussed your concerns both with the Service Advisor and the technician. I appologize about the condition in which your vehicle was returned to you. We have been trying to change our processes so that this does not occur. I appologize that this one slipped through.
