Kira said she was dissatisfied with this business on all points. The work that was done was good, but the communication between the business and her was horrible. She said the lady at the front desk and the lady she spoke with on the phone were unfriendly and knew nothing of her or anything about her vehicle. When she received her vehicle back she noticed her tires loosing air and she thinks that's something that should have been addressed. Her technician needed to order another part and was only going to take two to three days, but he didn't call her. Ten days later she called the business and they said they have had the part. Overall, she said she thinks the business needs to have better communication and wouldn't recommend them due to the reasons mentioned.
