Emmanuel said the repairs to the vehicle took 1 week longer than expected. They had to reorder parts. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They did not volunteer information. He had to follow up on his own. He was not satisfied with the communication. Initially, they did explain what they were doing, but as the process went on they did not continue to communicate with him. There is a problem with the headlamp. There is a mechanism to wash the headlamp similar to a windshield washer. It is not spraying water when the button is pushed. He will be bringing the vehicle back to have it adjusted.
