Sheniqua said this business kept her vehicle for a month and they never gave her a reason for the delay. She wasn't told when her vehicle would be ready, but the vehicle only had minimal damage. Her insurance company even called her after 36 days and she called them to scream that she wanted her vehicle back. She got it back the following day. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because the estimate changed after one day when they found extra damage and they had to get the insurance company to come back and approve the additional repairs. They tried to up sell to her by informing her she should get work done that was not related to the accident for around $800, which she refused. She wasn't satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because they were horrible and unfriendly. She said her whole experience was horrible. She won't recommend them, and she'll never go back to them based on this experience.
