Jim said there were 2 visits, on the first one the vehicle was not repaired properly. The vehicle pulled hard to the right and needed an alignment. Also, body parts needed proper alignment. The second repair corrected the problems successfully. There was no promised time given on the second visit. Jim said the first time the vehicle was in it was at the business for 3 1/2 months which he was critical of afterward. He said the second time the vehicle was at the business for 2 or 3 weeks and it also seemed unreasonably long. He did note he has no way to know if this specialty vehicle normally would take so many months to repair and he wanted them to take their time and fix the vehicle properly.
