"I got a flat tire right in front of the shop! "
I had never been to Paul Campanello’s shop. But, when the tire went flat I had to pull over. The staff made time to immediately look at my flat tire & my other tires, even though they said it was a busy day. It was Thanksgiving week.

The work they did was very thorough! They fixed my flat tire & 2 other old tires, which I did agree that I needed. I intend on using them again!!

"As always, great service."
We had several time consuming tasks to be worked on and they stayed past their normal 3:00pm Saturday closing time to insure they were all completed.

"A comfortable place for a woman."
The atmosphere is warm and the service prompt. I am never made to feel "dumb", even when I do something I know is stupid. I trust them to do what is necessary and charge a fair price--sometimes nothing at all.

The service at Paul Campanella's is on time and appropriate. I particularly appreciate the way they spend time with the customers explaining what has been done and/or what needs to be done. And they do this in words non-mechanics can understand.

Paul Campanella's continues to provide excellent service on all my cars - both routine and repairs. The techs do quality work and Mathew always goes the extra mile to keep me well informed of what is going on and why. Based on my experience over 5+ years, I completely trust their work and judgment.

"Campanella's is a professional, competent, and fair auto center. The staff is positive and accommodating regardless of your car's need."
Campanella's offers excellent work and service. I would not consider taking our car to any other place. I highly recommend it to anyone!!

The front desk staff and Paul are the best! Anytime I just stop by Matthew comes out to look at my car with any concerns I've described. It's that extra special attention he gives to everyone.
