Thank you for taking the time to review us.  We appoligize for the repair taking longer than expected, but sometimes electrical issues take longer to track down and one of our technicians was on vacation (not an excuse-just reality) We realize speed is important to our customers and we appreciate your input.  We need to know how our customers feel so we can strive for improvement
