Staff in service department are professional and efficient
I always feel well cared for and listened to when I bring my Sonate m for service.
The waiting lounge is comfortable and all the stAff are pleasant and perslnable
Service is always completed in timeframe as expected.. The dealership is one of the best I have ever experienced.

When I arrive my car goes directly to the service bay.
Service work was done in an appropriate amount of time, car was washed, then I paid my bill and drove home! All was just fine.

Above and Beyond!
Peninsula Hyundai went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of! Even after service hours were closed! They made sure I left completely happy and satisfied! They were completely amazing, respectful, and showed care for every concern I have! I cannot even express the gratitude I have towards them for taking care of my needs!

Staff did a great job handling all details for the first servicing of my Veloster. I made a mistake and missed a my service appointment and they worked things out and got me in at the spare of the moment. Will only be bringing my car back to Peninsula Hyundai for all my service needs.

Service department
I have no complaints about the service provided or my intereaction with the great people who work in the service department. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed! I do find the hours of operation to be inconvenient for those of us who work the same hours. It would help if loaners were available, even for a small fee.

This dealership is always empty, everyone there swarms you even if you just walk through, during your service.
I have spoken to the owner, Peter Sercia, about the treatment that I received when I leased the car, and that I never received the new car survey, even though two of his employees left messages on my machine on how to fill out only fours and fives on this survey. Peter assured me that he would take care of it that day, my service day, and I never heard anything from him or any of his staff. Needless to say, I would never subject any of my friends to this kind of treatment.
I mentioned this to Mr Sercia, and his response was "OH, I will pay you for referrals" All I can say is I really don't like even going to this dealer for any reason. It is going to be a long 3 year lease !!!
