I am glad we were able to provide you excellent service. As far as pricing is concerned, I challenge you to call some other shops around town to see what they would have charged. We are not the cheapest and we are not the most expensive. Of course, buying parts online is going to be cheaper. We don't do it. If you have a problem a few months from now and something needs warrantied, the hassle of dealing with online vendor is not worth it, so you do have to pay more for the guarantee. We also wouldn't have had your car done the same day if we have to order parts off of the internet. If you would've gone to any other shop, you would have been charged around the same price we charged. You weren't gouged, you just misunderstood the situation. We hope you come back in the future. Thanks.
I dropped off my Honda Ridgeline this morning, everybody was courteous. In the course of the morning I was informed that they could not get my locking lug nuts off without damaging the vehicle. I initially stated that that's fine I'll pay for the labor involved at this point and pick up the keys. What I initially perceived as a nice gesture, a representative went to a Honda dealership to get a key for the locking lug nuts. While myself at work I cannot fact check or price check everything, so I was going on good faith of a fair price. They were able to proceed with break and rotor replacement. I compared the price after the fact with AutoZone Google and Amazon. All of these sources showed brake and rotors for less than $500 in parts when I was charged over $900. $375 in labor on top of this charge is insult to injury. I have lost all confidence in this location and regret my decision to support a local business.
