I will not be returning.
The people acted as if they did not want to work on my truck. And the lady who checked me in acted like she didn't know what she was doing. They did an ok job but nothing out of their of way to make me want to come back.

Hello Raymond, I am sorry you feel that way. I left you a message earilier, I hope you got it. Is there something I can do to make you happy? We are very happy with our staff there so far so I am unhappy to hear that. The lady who checked you in is my sister and she is very new to this. She started with us in September and is getting better everyday. Next time you come in, I promise they will do a better job. I would still love for you to give me a call to discuss.
