Steve gave me the best price on my last set of tires - Michelin's best - for my Silverado pickup. That price included alignment, super balance, lifetime rotation and road hazard warranty.
Last year I purchased an antique 1950 Ford Coupe. This shop has been great at repairing this car and helping me with this project. Last autumn the transmission locked up on this car and I was towed to Steve's shop. The transmission couldn't be freed up so they disconnected the drive shaft and secured things so I could tow it home. Steve didn't charge me - he didn't want to "pile on" my misfourtunes. He said to bring it back down when I was ready to remove/replace the transmission. I brought the car back to Pfefferle's and they came through for me and it's on the road again.
