We got in touch with the customer and had her return and found a brake squeak was coming from the rear brakes which were not replaced we cleaned and adjusted them at no charge to the customer
To make it right, I will take the car somewhere else for normal pads, return you the over priced ceramic pads, and you will refund me the difference. I will be formally writing a letter to the owner (as no one will let me speak with him) as well as the BBB.
