Spoke with Austin. He said the technicians are friendly and did a good job. They repaired the sway arm links. One of them was damaged while they were doing another repair. It cost him $75, each. The parts were only $45 each at another business. He stated at least one of the arm links should have been covered by this business.

Her only concern is that she took her vehicle in for an oil change and the lady on the telephone said they would fill all her fluids. However, when she left, her windshield wiper light was on indicating they did not add wiper fluid.
