Service provided as expected.
The waiting area's not exceptional nor is it a hovel. It was clean, fairly quiet, seats were comfy for the wait time. Work completed in a timely manner and seems to have been done correctly [oil change/tire rotation]. Was able to view weather channel reports while reading provided trivia book. Desk man was friendly. I got 2 cookies!
All in all this location gave me the service I expected.

Last Minute Oil Change
They got me in on a Saturday, only being open until noon. I've never used Rad Air for anything other than oil changes so it's like comparing apples and oranges. KIA would have charged more than what I paid (I had a fall special coupon) so this was the way to go. They do a great job and are thorough in any mechanical explanations for issues they might come across. The rep (not the owner) was very friendly.

Tom said the business sent him a postcard saying his vehicle was due for service with a price printed on it. When he came in for that service, the price on the postcard was not honored. He has used this business before in the past and has always had a good experience. After this experience, he is looking to find a new place to take his vehicle to. He would not recommend them for the reasons stated.
