Curtis said he was not satisfied for a variety of reasons. The paint had dried and he could tell it had run. There was poor communication because he was handed off from person to person. He said he felt this was possibly caused by change of management, which caused a delay in getting his vehicle back. Things took longer than necessary and he was not updated about anything in the repair process. He was given a quote about what needed to be done and they did not figure in the cost of parts. He would not recommend this facility to others because of the reasons mentioned.

Kurt said this business took forever on each and every estimate. He is not sure if he got a good enough explanation for the work performed from the guy in charge. He kept having to call them for updates. They would tell him his vehicle would be ready and then they would extend that date. They would tell him the insurance company was taking too long. They were wishy-washy with a solid date. The estimator told him he does his updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays but he did not ever get an update. They took 6 weeks with his vehicle and he has to pay for half on his rental vehicle. The estimate was confusing to him and he did not understand because he was being talked to in circles. Everyone seemed nice except for the estimator, but it could have been his perception of the situation. He was not satisfied with the communication with this facility, they handed everything over to the estimator. He could have gone to another facility but this facility told him they would handle it. He did not like his experience at this business.

Derek said his vehicle took way too long to be completed by this business. His vehicle took nearly 3 to 4 weeks longer than what was initially anticipated due to a delay in parts. This was very inconvenient for him and unreasonable. He was not kept in contact throughout the repair process, instead he was required to contact them to find out any information. He did not deal with his estimator, David because his insurance handled the payment process. He will not recommend them to others due to reasons already stated.

Kelley said this business did not explain things to her every well. She was on her way to pick up her vehicle after getting a call from them saying it was ready when she saw someone, she assumes it was a technician, driving her vehicle on the street, maybe on a test drive. She stated she did not understand why they called her saying the vehicle is ready if they still needed to test drive it.

Spoke with Molly. She said the quality of the repair was poor but she chose not to be more specific. She said her vehicle was delayed 5 hours due to detailing. She was not updated. She said she is unsure if she is satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because her husband was the one that took the vehicle in to get an estimate. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated or with the communication from this business. She said she would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons stated.

Spoke with Spencer. He said that he was changing his headlights and he found additional damage. The paint on the bumper is cracking on the edges and clips on each side of the bumper are broken off. He said he feels the business could have been much more thorough and they rushed the job. He would not recommend them due to this experience.

Eugene said this business provided poor quality control. They called him and said the vehicle was ready and when he arrived he found some things that were not right. The door was not aligned right and the interior on the driver's door was not fastened correctly. This resulted in the vehicle being 1 or 2 days later than promised. For this reason he would not recommend this business. Lastly, he stated this business did take care of the issues when he pointed them out.

Carey said the staff was especially nice. She also mentioned there were a lot of issues that arose after the repair. She explained one of the lights was higher than the other one and the battery had a shortage, which caused over heating. Therefore, the vehicle was towed back to the business. On the second visit, the correct battery was put in the vehicle but the front light wasn't corrected. As a result, she had to leave the vehicle at the business. Carey also reported the business used a wedge to get in the vehicle, which left a gap in the door and the frame. Once all the issues were corrected Carey was satisfied with the quality of the repair. The vehicle was delayed a week but it wasn't until she complained about the delay that she was told the business was waiting for a hinge to arrive. She called the business more than she received calls for updates and the pictures weren't updated daily. It was explained that because the wrong battery was put in the vehicle, which could have caused a fire Carey wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared the estimate. Because of everything previously stated Carey wouldn't recommend the business to others.
