Dominic said the service was great and promptly fixed. Her fog light was not connected properly and she spoke with Mark, who told her to bring it back anytime. She is unsure about being kept informed and she was somewhat informed but she reached out to them to get updates. She is unsure about the communication for reasons already stated.

Jessica said there was some issues with getting her vehicle back from the business. Her vehicle was not ready when they promised. She does not recall the reason for the delay. They were finished the next day from the promised date but she was not able to pick it up at the time. She was told she would have to pay for the loaner vehicle for the weekend because they were closed and she could not pick up her vehicle during the weekend. She felt uncomfortable that she would have to pay for the loaner vehicle and they were not accommodating. She was told her vehicle would be cleaned after the service but when she received her vehicle there was dirty hand prints on the interior and there was no vacuuming. She does not know why she was not kept adequately informed.

Lindsay said she had to call this business two or three times to get updates. Every time she called, they told her a later completion date. The repair took a total of two weeks. They did not provide specific reasons for the delay but told her about parts and paint being ordered. She had to get a rental vehicle and the delay caused her stress figuring out how long she needed it and how to pay for it. Since the repair, her aftermarket horn is not working correctly. The wires seem to be crossed and the tones are not correct. This business has room for improvement in regards to communication.

Holly said the work was done well overall. She was not given a promise date. She mentioned the business contacted her at the last minute to tell her the vehicle was ready. She was kept informed at the beginning of the repair but there was no follow-up and she had to initiate contact. She never saw an estimate. She was not satisfied with the communication because of reasons already mentioned.

Raymond said this business was good. However, they were supposed to call them. He ended up calling them to see if his vehicle was ready. They told him, they had tried to call him 3 to 4 times. As a result, he does not know if his vehicle was ready when promised. He was not told anything until the repair was finished, but his vehicle looks brand new.
