James said the work was good but the process was long and frustrating. He has to take the vehicle back for a second visit to have the bumper aligned properly and a pinstripe put on the vehicle. The repairs were delayed because the business initially thought they could fix the vehicle but it was deemed totaled. While waiting for a response from the insurance company, the business found a frame for the vehicle and recanted the decision to total the vehicle. This business had his vehicle for almost two months. He found himself having to call for updates and initiate contact with the business on several occasions.

Tim said he was told something different down the line. He went in for an estimation and did not recall signing any contract, that said he was committed to the estimate. He canceled the appointment and he was not going to get his vehicle repaired. They called him a week later and said the parts for his vehicle had arrived. They contacted his insurance company to pay for the shipment of the parts, after finding out he canceled his appointment. Since, he did not want to go through a hassle trying to solve the issue, he went ahead to get his vehicle repaired. His vehicle was supposed to be ready on a Friday and he did not receive it until a Monday or Tuesday. The vehicle was delayed because there were some unforeseen clips that were shipped to a different facility.

Rod said the employees at this business ordered parts but did not receive the right ones. Some of them came in damaged. The parts issue was not their fault but it was still a part of his entire experience. His vehicle was delayed for one day. He had taken a day off and he had to take another day off to receive his vehicle.

Brian said the work this business did was good, but there were a couple of issues. They clear coated his front bumper, but it looks like it is smudged or scratched. They also forgot to put the rubber seals back around the engine to protect it from the hood and he had to tell them to put it back on.

Amy said when she got her vehicle back from this business, the back up camera did not work. The lower half of the vehicle has a different color and the line between the cab and bed do not line up. The paint on the bed is lower. She noticed this week when she used the cloth liner that it will not latch, like something is bent. She does not plan on contacting them about these issues because it is what it is.

Dawn said she had to come in four times to get her window worked on. One time when she arrived, she was told one of the staff who was supposed to do it was not there. Then he was supposed to come out to her house and he said he did not know anything about it.

Bonnie said she asked this business to replace the windshield at the same time as they did the unspecified repairs, but they did not do that. When she picked up the vehicle she noticed there was work that was not done. She brought it to their attention. She will be taking the vehicle back to have the windshield replaced and the unfinished work done. She is unsure if she is satisfied with the quality at this time.

Cameron said the business told him they would have his vehicle for 2 weeks but all together they had his vehicle for 6 weeks. The insurance company required this business to use certified parts from Dodge and they had a hard time getting the parts from the other business. He is not putting fault on them. His vehicle was returned to him dirty as they only cleaned the areas they repaired. He would appreciate next time to get a clean vehicle.

Mary Ann said the insurance company for the other party paid for the repairs and insisted that she had to go to this business, even though she had obtained an estimate elsewhere for $1,200. The total cost of the repairs at this business was about $2,000. The work was well done, but she will not recommend them to others because they are expensive.
