Service was great, but no follow up call when part received
I needed a new latch ordered for my car door and was told that it should be in the following week, but never received a phone call alerting me that the part was in. Life gets busy so I forgot to follow up, and now feel it's on me to contact the service dept. It would have been nice to receive a follow-up phone call.
