I then took my car to ROOPAIR to have the brake job done, and left my car there at their business. When i arrived back to my house i received a call from ROOPAIR, and they asked me why i wanted my front brakes replaced. I had informed them that the last shop stated i had 4MM left on the pads and they were in dire need of replacement. ROOPAIR stated that i had about 6MM on the brake pads, and there was no need to replace the brakes at this time.
I returned to pick up my car the next day and spoke with Josh about how impressed with their HONESTY about the condition of the brakes on the car. Many other shops would have put on the brakes and charged me. The HONESTY that Josh displayed was a game changer, then i asked him how much was my bill, Josh stated No Charge, as they did not do any work on the car. Many other shops would have had a charge. I am so IMPRESSED with Josh and his staff! I'm referring all of my friends who have Subaru's to contact ROOPAIR for their car needs. THANKS JOSH FOR BEING THE BEST!
